Delivery

There is nothing like unwrapping a package containing your newest purchase, but we all hate waiting long for our purchases to arrive.

We deliver most of our domestic orders via Australia Post, Express post of a flat rate of $12.00. When you spend $200 or more you will receive FREE delivery within Australia. For larger items that won't fit in an express post 5kg we will send your parcel via registered post.

Your order will be sent within 48hrs of receiving your order. On average Express post can take two working days. Registered post can take up to five. If you are in a metropolitan area it is usually it is quicker, but if you are in a remote area it can take longer.

When you order you will receive a tracking number. Basic tracking information for Express Post items is available online via Australia Posts Track my item tool where captured.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery Australia Post should leave a card advising that your parcel is available at your local post office for collection.

International customers

Yes we ship internationally so don’t despair. We ship all international parcels via Australia Post, Registered post. Below is a list of international charges are an approximate guide. This cost will be automatically calculated during the check out process. Please note international parcels have a maximum weight of 2kg.
