Returns and Exchanges

At Alice Be Curious, we are happy to exchange or credit goods within seven days.

All items returned must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or show signs of wear my not be accepted and sent back to you. Refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty.

To return an item, please contact enquiries@alicebecurious.com email immediately requesting a return authorisation number (RAN). You will then need to return the product via Registered Post within seven days of receiving this number. Outside of these time frames a return may be accepted at the discretion of Alice Be Curious. Postage charges on returns are not refundable. The customer is also responsible for the cost incurred to send the item back.

If you are returning an item for an exchange, (ie. The same style but for a different size), you will not be required to pay for delivery on the outgoing parcels. As Alice Be Curious can only have a limited amount of stock as such we cannot guarantee that we will have your item in another size. Please contact as soon as possible so that you have a better chance of securing another size if you need an exchange.

Alice Be Curious makes an effort to display all our items and colours as accurately possible. Please note not every computer screen displays colours the same. As such we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of an item colour will be completely accurate. A return will not be accepted based on a colour

Shoes

When you first try your new shoes make sure it is on carpeted surface. Trying them on a carpeted surface prevents scuff marks and damage to the sole of the shoe.

We will accept exchanges on shoes if they are returned unmarked and in the original box undamaged. Shoe return will not be accepted if it is without a box, the box is damaged and/or the soles are marked showing signs of wear. These shoes will be sent back to the customer.

Vintage Clothing

Alice Be Curious uses the term vintage for second hand or pre loved items. All our vintage items are hand pick and we try our best to ensure that there are no obvious faults. As the item has had a previous life you can expect it to show a few small signs of wear and tear. We will always do our best to alert you to these flaws in the product descriptions.

Please note sizing of garments in the past can differ greatly to our standards today. Pay close attention to the measurements given for each garment as we do not offer refunds on vintage items that do not fit. Or measurements are meant to be used as a guide line. Returns on vintage items will only be given if the item is grossly misrepresented in the description.

All vintage items are thoroughly inspected before we they are listed. We recommend that all customers wash or dry-clean all vintage clothing items before wear.

Faulty Good

Alice Be Curious only accepts refunds for goods classified as faulty. Faulty items must be sent back within 21 days from purchase date. We will send it to the supplier to determine if it is a manufacturing fault. Please allow up to five working days to determine if it is a fault. If a fault is found we will offer to repair the item. If a repair is not possible we will replace the item if the same product is available. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

Out of stock goods

One the rare occasion you purchase something on ABC and it is out of stock. We will immediately contact you and give you full refund.
